DROPBOX INTEGRATION PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

This Dropbox Integration Privacy Policy ("Policy") is provided by SEZİNSOFT BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("LOGITERA", "we", "us", or "our"). It explains how the LOGITERA application accesses, uses, stores and shares data from a Dropbox account that a customer organization connects to LOGITERA.

This Policy complements our general Privacy & Cookies Policy, which covers all other information we process. For data received from Dropbox, the rules in this Policy apply.

2. Connecting a Dropbox Account

LOGITERA is a business-to-business ("B2B") logistics and business management platform. An authorized user of a customer organization may connect the organization's own Dropbox account so that files uploaded to LOGITERA, such as delivery photos and shipment documents, are stored in that Dropbox account instead of on our servers.

• Connecting a Dropbox account is optional.
• The connection is made only on Dropbox's own authorization page, where the user sees and approves the requested permissions.
• The connection can be removed at any time, in LOGITERA or in Dropbox.

3. Access We Request

LOGITERA uses Dropbox's App folder access type. Dropbox creates a dedicated folder for LOGITERA inside the "Apps" folder of your Dropbox, and LOGITERA can access only that folder. LOGITERA cannot see, open or change any other file or folder in your Dropbox.

Within that folder, LOGITERA requests these permissions:

• files.content.write: to upload files and to restore files that were deleted.
• files.content.read: to open, download, export and move files.
• files.metadata.read: to read file information and to detect files that were deleted or restored directly in Dropbox.
• sharing.write: to create and revoke shared links for files.
• sharing.read: to find shared links that already exist for a file.
• account_info.read: to read the email address of the connected account and its storage usage.

4. Data We Access and Store

• Files: the files that users of your organization upload through LOGITERA, stored in the LOGITERA app folder. File contents pass through our servers while they are uploaded, downloaded, exported or moved. A download package (ZIP) requested by your organization is stored on our servers so that it can be downloaded.
• File metadata: the Dropbox file identifier, file name, size, type, path inside the app folder and shared link addresses.
• Account information: the email address of the connected Dropbox account and its storage usage and quota.
• Change information: information about changes to files in the app folder, used only to keep LOGITERA's records up to date.
• Authorization tokens: the OAuth access token and refresh token issued by Dropbox.

5. How We Use This Data

We use data from your Dropbox account only to provide the file features that you and your organization request:

• storing, displaying, downloading, restoring and deleting files;
• preparing download packages (ZIP) of selected files;
• moving files between LOGITERA storage and your Dropbox, or between storage accounts connected by your organization, including backup copies your organization chooses to keep;
• creating shared links for files, as described in Section 6;
• showing which Dropbox account is connected and how much storage remains;
• checking regularly that the connection still works, and marking it when reconnection is needed.

We do not use file contents or account information for any other purpose.

6. Shared Links

Some LOGITERA pages, such as shipment tracking pages, show files to your organization's own customers. For this purpose LOGITERA may create a Dropbox shared link for a file. Depending on your Dropbox account or team settings, anyone who has the link can view the file.

• When a link is removed in LOGITERA, or a file is moved out of Dropbox, LOGITERA revokes the shared link in Dropbox.
• When a file is deleted in LOGITERA, it is deleted from the app folder and its link stops working.
• You can also view and remove shared links directly in your Dropbox account.

7. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell data received from Dropbox, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing.
• We do not transfer it to third parties, except to the infrastructure providers that host LOGITERA as needed to operate the service, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition under the same protections.
• We do not send it to artificial intelligence services, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Our personnel do not access it, unless your organization asks us to (for example for technical support), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

8. Storage and Security

• Authorization tokens and file metadata are stored in LOGITERA's databases.
• Access to our servers and systems is restricted to authorized personnel using VPN and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• All communication between LOGITERA and Dropbox takes place over encrypted HTTPS connections.

9. Retention and Deletion

• Disconnecting: when a user disconnects the Dropbox account in LOGITERA, we delete the stored access and refresh tokens and stop accessing the account. Files already stored in your Dropbox stay there and remain under your control.
• File records: file records in LOGITERA are retained as part of your organization's records, as described in Section 5 of our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
• Deleted files: a file deleted in LOGITERA is deleted from the app folder. Dropbox may keep it in your deleted files for the period defined by your Dropbox plan.
• Revoking access in Dropbox: you can remove LOGITERA's access at any time from Dropbox Settings, Connected apps.
• Deletion requests: to request deletion of the data we store about a connected Dropbox account, contact us at [email protected].

10. Relationship with Dropbox

Dropbox and the Dropbox logo are trademarks of Dropbox, Inc. LOGITERA is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Dropbox, Inc. Your use of Dropbox is also subject to the Dropbox Terms of Service and the Dropbox Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. If a change significantly expands how we use data from Dropbox, we will inform connected organizations before it takes effect.
