This Privacy & Cookies Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website or/and application. This Policy also describes your rights and choices regarding your data under applicable U.S. privacy laws and other relevant state and federal regulations.

At LOGITERA, we operate as a business-to-business ("B2B") service provider and software company. We do not intentionally collect or engage with personal information from individual consumers outside of the B2B context, whether through our platforms or offline interactions. In this Policy, references to "you" refer only to individuals engaging with us in relation to our B2B operations. Only individuals acting in a B2B capacity are authorized to access our websites or submit information to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information from you in various ways, including when you:

• Visit our platform or use our applications.
• Contact customer service or interact with us on social media.
• Participate in events, surveys, or marketing campaigns.
• Engage with us as a vendor, partner, or business associate.

a) Information You Provide Directly:

• Name, country and contact details (email, phone number, address).
• Login credentials (username, password).
• Employment details (job title, company name).
• Customer details (name, address, delivered person information)

b) Information Collected Automatically:

• IP address, browser type, and operating system.
• Usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and interaction patterns.
• Location data (if permitted by your device settings).

c) Information from Third Parties:

• Demographic information and preferences.
• Business contacts
• Information from cloud storage accounts that you choose to connect, as described in Section 8.

Data received from connected cloud storage accounts is used only as described in Section 8, and the more restrictive rules of Section 8 apply to it.

8. Connected Cloud Storage Accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive)

LOGITERA allows an authorized user of a customer organization to connect the organization's own Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive account. Files uploaded to LOGITERA, such as delivery photos and shipment documents, are then stored in that account instead of on our servers. Connecting an account is optional. It is always done through the provider's own sign-in and consent screen, and it can be disconnected at any time.

a) Permissions We Request

• Google Drive: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permission lets LOGITERA create files in your Google Drive and manage only the files that LOGITERA itself created. LOGITERA cannot see, open or change any other file in your Google Drive. We also request openid, email and profile to show which Google account is connected.
• Dropbox: Access limited to a dedicated app folder inside the "Apps" folder of your Dropbox (files.content.read, files.content.write, files.metadata.read), permission to create and remove sharing links for those files (sharing.read, sharing.write), and your basic account information (account_info.read).
• Microsoft OneDrive: Access limited to the LOGITERA app folder in your OneDrive (Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder), your basic profile and email address (User.Read, openid, email, profile), and offline access (offline_access) so that files can be stored without signing in each time.

b) Data We Access and Store

• The files that users of your organization upload through LOGITERA. We write, read and delete these files in the connected account when a user uploads, opens, downloads or deletes them in LOGITERA.
• Metadata of those files: the provider's file identifier, file name, size, type, folder path and sharing link addresses.
• The email address of the connected account, and the storage usage and quota of that account.
• Change information about the files LOGITERA created. This is used only to detect files that were deleted or restored directly in the provider.
• The OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by the provider.

c) How We Use This Data

We use this data only to provide the file storage features that you and your organization request: storing, displaying, downloading, sharing and deleting files; showing the connected account and its remaining storage; and keeping LOGITERA's file records consistent with the connected account. We do not use file contents or account data for any other purpose.

d) Sharing Links

Some LOGITERA pages, such as shipment tracking pages, show files to your organization's own customers. For this purpose LOGITERA may create a view-only link for a file:

• Google Drive: the file's sharing setting is set to "Anyone with the link can view".
• Dropbox: a shared link is created for the file.
• Microsoft OneDrive: LOGITERA provides its own link, which forwards to a short-lived download address issued by Microsoft. This link works only while the account stays connected.

Anyone who has such a link can view that file. When a file is deleted in LOGITERA, it is also deleted from the connected account and its link stops working. For Google Drive and Dropbox, you can also remove sharing directly in your account.

e) What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell data received from connected accounts, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We do not transfer it to third parties, except to the infrastructure providers that host LOGITERA as needed to operate the service, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition under the same protections.
• We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Our personnel do not read it, unless you ask us to (for example for technical support), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Google API Services: LOGITERA's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

f) Storage, Retention and Deletion

• Tokens and file metadata are stored in LOGITERA's databases, on servers protected as described in Section 9.
• When a user disconnects an account in LOGITERA, we delete the stored access and refresh tokens and stop accessing the account. Files already stored in your account stay there and remain under your control. File records in LOGITERA are retained as part of your organization's records as described in Section 5.
• You can revoke LOGITERA's access at any time from your provider account: Google Account, Third-party apps & services; Dropbox, Connected apps; Microsoft personal account, App permissions; or Microsoft work or school account, My Apps.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no system is entirely secure. We encourage users to take precautions when sharing personal data online.

Regarding to access security; we enforce strict security protocols to safeguard access to our servers and systems. Measures include:

• Access is restricted to authorized personnel using VPN and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Encryption, access controls, and security protocols are applied to protect sensitive data.
• All passwords are securely stored using encryption techniques.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
